She has worked in a partial-hospitalization program, a private counseling agency, and has been in private practice for over 16 years. She specializes in helping people manage depression, anxiety, and life stressors. She also works with couples, teens, parents, and families to optimize happiness and satisfaction in relationships.
Carolyn has been married for 23 years, and she and her husband are the parents of six amazing, exhausting, energetic, strong-willed, loving, and constantly hungry children.
